Challenges
You will participate in day to day task with the global team. The tasks can be application incident handling, change release, consultancy service and project implementation for customers.
Qualifications
You need to have minimum 1 year of experience in implementing and maintaining large scale MOSS/Sharepoint Server environments.
Experience on customer service as 2nd line support is preferred.
We preferred if you have experience on IIS 6/7, SQL Server 2000/2005 or you have worked on development of MOSS/Sharepoint Server.
Good Written and fluent oral English is a must when you will support global customers.
You should be able to work in a very busy environment and at the same time offer good service. Good communication and co-operation skills are a natural part of your personality as well as the ability to think analytical and take on responsibility of your tasks.
Development

So you will take training of the technology within your business field, also on generic skills like English, communication and ITIL. The training will be conducted internal and/or external, domestic and/or abroad.
